National Newspaper Association provides postal consulting services for its members.
While the release specifically refers to no increases for stamps, NNA has confirmed that newspaper rates will also remain at current levels until at least July of 2025.
All publishers of Periodicals publications, including Foreign publications, must file a Form 3526 Statement of Ownership, Management and Circulation by October 1st each year at the original–entry post office.
